SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On July 21, 2016, the Department of Commerce (the Department) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber (ESB rubber) from Brazil, the Republic of Korea (Korea), Mexico, and Poland, filed in proper form on behalf of Lion Elastomers LLC and East West Copolymer, LLC (Petitioners). [ 1 ] Petitioners are domestic producers of ESB rubber. [ 2 ] On July 25, 26, and August 2, 2016, the Department requested additional information and clarification of certain areas of the Petitions.
