SUMMARY: This document provides information on a public workshop to discuss the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) notice and request for comment on a proposed collection of information. DOE developed the proposed collection of information in connection with the notice of proposed rulemaking on the Convention on Supplementary Compensation for Nuclear Damage Contingent Cost Allocation (NOPR) in which it proposed regulations to establish a retrospective risk pooling program covering nuclear suppliers that may be required under certain circumstances to pay for any contribution by the United States government to the international supplementary fund created by the Convention for Supplementary Compensation for Nuclear Damage. DATES: DOE will hold a public workshop on Friday, September 16, 2016 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, in Washington, DC.
