Funding Opportunity Description Purpose of Program: The UISFL Program provides grants for planning, developing, and carrying out programs to strengthen and improve undergraduate instruction in international studies and foreign languages in the United States. Priorities: This notice contains two competitive preference priorities and two invitational priorities. Competitive Preference Priority 1 is from the notice of final priority, published in the Federal Register on June 11, 2014 ( 79 FR 33432 ). Competitive Preference Priority 2 is from 34 CFR 658.35(a) . Competitive Preference Priorities: For FY 2016, these priorities are competitive preference priorities.
