Aluminum Extrusions From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of the Countervailing Duty Administrative Review and Preliminary Intent To Rescind, in Part; 2014

Abstract

In response to multiple requests from interested parties, the Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty order \1\ on aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China (PRC). The period of review (POR) is January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014. We preliminarily determine that the companies selected for individual examination (the mandatory respondents)--Jangho \2\ and Zhongya <SUP>3 4</SUP> received countervailable subsidies during the POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
