( printed page 31291) SUMMARY: On April 22, 2016, the Department of State published on its Web site an updated list of goods and services produced by independent Cuban entrepreneurs whose importation into the United States is authorized by the Department of the Treasury's Cuban Assets Control Regulations (“CACR”).
