Abstract

The Department of Commerce ("the Department") finds that revocation of the antidumping duty order on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from the People's Republic of China ("PRC") \1\ would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Review"' section of this notice. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On October 1, 2015, the Department initiated a sunset review of the antidumping duty order on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from the PRC. [ 2 ] On October 14, 2015, the Department received a timely notice of intent to participate in the sunset review from TMK IPSCO, United States Steel Corporation (“U.S. Steel”), and Vallourec Star, L.P.
