The Navigation Safety Advisory Council will meet in Arlington, Virginia to discuss matters relating to maritime collisions, rammings, and groundings, Inland Rules of the Road, International Rules of the Road, navigation regulations and equipment, routing measures, marine information, diving safety, and aids to navigation systems. DATES: The Navigation Safety Advisory Council will meet on Wednesday, September 9, 2015, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and on Thursday, September 10, 2015, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Please note these meetings may close early if the Council has completed its business.
