Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security Modification of Temporary Denial Order To Add Additional Respondents Pursuant to Section 766.24 of the Export Administration Regulations, 15 CFR parts 730-774 (2015) (“EAR” or the “Regulations”), [ 1 ] I hereby grant the request of the Office of Export Enforcement (“OEE”) to modify the January 16, 2015 Order Temporarily Denying the Export Privileges of Mahan Airways, Pejman Mahmood Kosarayanifard, Mahmoud Amini, Kerman Aviation, Sirjanco Trading LLC, Ali Eslamian, Mahan Air General Trading LLC, Skyco (UK) Ltd., Equipco (UK) Ltd., and Mehdi Bahrami. [ 2 ] I find that modification of the Temporary Denial Order (“TDO”) is necessary in the public interest to prevent an imminent violation of the EAR.
