SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On January 21, 2015, the Department of Commerce (the Department) received the antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of certain uncoated paper (uncoated paper) from Australia, Brazil, the PRC, Indonesia, and Portugal, filed in proper form on behalf of the petitioners. [ 1,2 ] The Petitions were accompanied by two countervailing duty (CVD) petitions on imports of uncoated paper from the PRC and Indonesia. [ 3 ] The petitioners are domestic producers of uncoated paper, [ 4 ] and a certified union with workers engaged in the manufacture and production of the domestic like product in the United States.
