SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On April 30, 2014, based on a timely request for review by Hubei Xingfa Chemicals Group Co., Ltd. (“Hubei Xingfa”), [ 1 ] the Department published in the Federal Register a notice of initiation of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on sodium hexametaphosphate from the People's Republic of China covering the period March 1, 2013, through February 28, 2014. [ 2 ] The review covers only Hubei Xingfa. [ 3 ] On July 2, 2014, Hubei Xingfa withdrew its request for an administrative review.
