(“FINRA”) (collectively the “Participants” and individually a “Participant”) to act jointly in developing and filing with the Commission a national market system plan to implement a pilot program that, among other things, would widen the quoting and trading increments for certain small capitalization stocks as described in detail below (“Tick Size Pilot Plan”).
