Under the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of the Interior is issuing a public notice of its intent to amend the Office of the Secretary Privacy Act system of records, "Incident Management, Analysis and Reporting System," to update the address for the system manager and amend Routine Use (16). The amendment will protect ongoing law enforcement proceedings, the identity of certain confidential informants, the health and safety of individuals, and the privacy interests of parties involved, injured or identified in incident reports related to traffic accidents, personal injuries, or the loss or damage of property.
