SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On May 1, 2013, the Department published a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on OCTG from the PRC. [ 1 ] The period of review (POR) is May 1, 2012, through April 30, 2013. On May 31, 2013, the Department received a timely request from Petitioner to conduct an administrative review of 529 PRC companies in accordance with 19 CFR 351.213(b) .
