SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On September 30, 2013, the Department of Commerce (the Department) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of non-oriented electrical steel (NOES) from the PRC, Germany, Japan, Korea, Sweden, and Taiwan filed in proper form on behalf of AK Steel Corporation (Petitioner). The AD petitions were accompanied by three countervailing duty (CVD) petitions. [ 1 ] Petitioner is the sole domestic producer of NOES. On October 22, 2013, and October 29, 2013, the Department requested additional information and clarification of certain areas of the Petitions.
