On June 3, 2013, the Department of Commerce ("the Department") published the initiation of the second sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod ("wire rod") from Brazil, Indonesia, Mexico, Moldova, Trinidad and Tobago, and Ukraine pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended ("the Act"). As a result of its analysis, the Department finds that revocation of these AD orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the margins indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.
