SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION The Petitions On July 2, 2013, the Department of Commerce (“the Department”) received countervailing duty (“CVD”) petitions concerning imports of certain oil country tubular goods (“OCTG”) from India and the Republic of Turkey (“Turkey”), filed in proper form on behalf of United States Steel Corporation, Vallourec Star L.P., TMK IPSCO, Energex (division of JMC Steel Group), Northwest Pipe Company, Tejas Tubular Products, Welded Tube Company, Boomerang Tube LLC, and Maverick Tube Corporation (collectively, “the petitioners”). The CVD petitions were accompanied by nine antidumping duty (AD) petitions. [ 1 ] The petitioners are domestic producers of OCTG. On July 8, 2013, the Department requested information and clarification for certain areas of the Petitions.
