SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China (PRC). The period of review (POR) is September 7, 2010, through December 31, 2011. We preliminary determine that the Alnan Companies  [ 1 ] and Changzhou Changzheng Evaporator Co., Ltd. received countervailable subsidies during the POR. DATES: Effective Date: June 10, 2013.
