SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (“Department”) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp (“shrimp”) from the People's Republic of China (“PRC”), covering the period of review (“POR”) of February 1, 2010, through January 31, 2011. As discussed below, the Department preliminarily determines that the respondents in this review did not make sales in the United States at prices below normal value (“NV”) during the POR.
