(“Exchange” or “NYSE Arca”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”), pursuant to Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“Act”)  [ 1 ] and Rule 19b-4 thereunder, [ 2 ] a proposed rule change to list and trade shares (“Shares”) of JPM XF Physical Copper Trust (“Trust”) pursuant to NYSE Arca Equities Rule 8.201. J.P. Morgan Commodity ETF Services LLC is the sponsor of the Trust (“Sponsor”). The proposed rule change was published for comment in the Federal Register on April 20, 2012. [ 3 ] The Commission initially received one comment letter, which opposed the proposed rule change. [ 4 ] On May 30, 2012, the Commission extended the time period for Commission action to July 19, 2012. [ 5 ] On June 19, 2012, NYSE Arca submitted a letter in support of its proposal. [ 6 ] On July 13, 2012, V&F submitted a second comment letter opposing the proposed rule change.
