Administrative Review of Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From the People's Republic of China: Final Results, Partial Rescission of Sixth Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Determination Not To Revoke in Part

Abstract

On March 2, 2012, the Department of Commerce ("Department") published in the Federal Register the Preliminary Results of the sixth administrative review ("AR") of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from the People's Republic of China ("PRC").\1\ We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the Preliminary Results. Based upon our analysis of the comments and information received, we have determined that the application of total adverse facts available ("AFA") to Hilltop,\2\ as part of the PRC- wide entity, is appropriate in this review. Additionally, we continue to find that Zhanjiang Regal Integrated Marine Resources Co., Ltd. ("Regal") has not sold subject merchandise at less than normal value ("NV") during the period of review ("POR"), February 1, 2010, through January 31, 2011. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
