RM06-16-000] Take notice that on March 16, 2012, the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) submitted a filing proposing to amend the NERC Glossary Definition by modifying reference to the defined term “Cascading Outages” to “Cascading outages” within the definition of Interconnection Reliability Operating Limit, approved in the Commission's Final Rule issued December 27, 2007 on NERC's Proposed Facilities Design, Connections and Maintenance Reliability Standards. [ 1 ] Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure ( 18 CFR 385.211 , 385.214 ).
