Summary of Millennium Challenge Compact With the Republic of Indonesia The five-year, $600 million compact with the Government of Indonesia (the “GOI”) is aimed at reducing poverty through economic growth (the “Compact”). To this end, the Compact's three projects are intended to increase incomes of households in project areas through increased productivity of labor and enterprises, reduced household energy costs, and improved provision of growth-enhancing goods and services by the public sector. 1.
