SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On October 26, 2011, the Department of Commerce (“Department”) received petitions filed in proper form by Allied Tube and Conduit, JMC Steel Group, Wheatland Tube, and United States Steel Corporation (collectively, “Petitioners”), who are domestic producers of circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe (“certain steel pipe”). See Petitions for the Imposition of Antidumping and Countervailing Duties on Circular Welded Carbon-Quality Steel Pipe from India, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam, dated October 26, 2011 (hereinafter, “the Petitions”).
