Funding Opportunity Description Purpose of Program: The Undergraduate International Studies and Foreign Language (UISFL) program provides grants to strengthen and improve undergraduate instruction in international studies and foreign languages. Priorities: This notice contains two competitive preference priorities and two invitational priorities. In accordance with 34 CFR 75.105(b)(2)(ii) , the competitive preference priorities are from the regulations for this program ( 34 CFR 658.35 and 658.11 ). Competitive Preference Priorities: For FY 2011, these priorities are competitive preference priorities.
