In FR Doc. 2011-24259 , published in the Federal Register of September 23, 2011 ( 76 FR 59192 ), 47 CFR 0.111(a)(24) was inadvertently amended. This rule should stand as is in the current CFR. This correction removes the amendment to 47 CFR 0.111(a)(24) published on September 23, 2011 and instead adds 47 CFR 0.111(a)(25) . In rule FR Doc. 2011-24259 , published September 23, 2011 ( 76 FR 59192 ), make the following correction.
