The Department of Commerce (the Department) preliminarily determines that certain woven electric blankets (woven electric blankets) from the People's Republic of China (PRC) are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV), as provided in section 733 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On June 30, 2009, the Department received an antidumping duty petition concerning imports of woven electric blankets from the PRC filed in proper form by Jarden Consumer Solutions (Petitioner).
