DATES: Effective April 30, 2010, EPA withdraws the direct final rule published at 75 FR 12451 on March 16, 2010. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On March 16, 2010, we published a direct final rule ( 75 FR 12451 ) and a parallel proposal ( 75 FR 12489 ) amending the general provisions for the GHG Reporting Rule. These amendments were issued as a direct final rule, along with a parallel proposal to be used as the basis for final action in the event EPA received any adverse comments on the direct final amendments.
