Abstract

This document explains how the FAA will process requests for authorization to operate in Iraqi airspace under paragraph 3 of Special Federal Aviation Regulation (SFAR) No. 77. Consistent with paragraph three of SFAR No.77, this document further specifies the available FAA approval process for any covered person to engage in permitted operations within the territory of Iraq.
