SUMMARY: The Office of Fossil Energy (FE) gives notice that on April 1, 2004, it issued DOE/FE Order No. 1968 granting EnergyNorth Natural Gas, Inc. authority to import the following volumes of natural gas from Canada, in accordance with its February 4, 2004, gas sales agreement with Nexen Marketing from April 1, 2004, to April 1, 2007, up to 25,451 million cubic feet (Mcf) per day of natural gas and from November 1, 2004, to April 1, 2005, and ( printed page 19827) from November 1, 2005, to April 1, 2007, up to 27,508 Mcf per day of natural gas.
