SUMMARY: The FTC is requesting comment on various topics related to §§ 3(2)(c), 3(17)(B), 5(c)(1), 5(c)(2), and 13 of the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (“CAN-SPAM Act” or “the Act”). In addition, the FTC is requesting comment on topics relevant to certain reports to Congress required by additional provisions of the CAN-SPAM Act. DATES: Comments addressing the “National Do Not E-mail” Registry must be submitted on or before March 31, 2004.
