SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Initiation of Investigations The Petitions On December 31, 2003, the Department of Commerce “the Department” received petitions filed in proper form by the Ad Hoc Shrimp Trade Action Committee, an ad hoc coalition representative of U.S. producers of frozen and canned warmwater shrimp and harvesters of wild-caught warmwater shrimp “the petitioner”.
