Abstract

We determine that certain cold-rolled carbon steel flat products from Argentina are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value, as provided in section 731 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended. In addition, we determine that critical circumstances do not exist for import of cold-rolled carbon steel flat products from Argentina. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the preliminary determination. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we have made certain changes for the final determination.
