ACTION: Notice of preliminary results of antidumping duty administrative review of structural steel beams from the republic of korea. SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (“the Department”) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on structural steel beams (“SSBs”) from the Republic of Korea in response to a request from respondent INI Steel Company (“INI”) (formerly Inchon Iron & Steel Co. Ltd.). This review covers imports of subject merchandise from INI. The period of review (“POR”) is February 11, 2000, through July 31, 2001. Our preliminary results of review indicate that INI has sold the subject merchandise at less than normal value (“NV”) during the POR. If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of review, we will instruct the U.S. Customs Service to assess antidumping duties on entries of INI's subject merchandise during the POR, in accordance with sections 19 CFR 351.106 and 351.212(b) of the Department's regulations.
