Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination and Final Negative Critical Circumstances Determination Carbon and Certain Alloy Steel Wire Rod from Germany

Abstract

The Department of Commerce has made a final determination that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Germany. For more information on the estimated countervailing duty rates, please see the "Suspension of Liquidation" section below. We have also made a final determination that critical circumstances do not exist with respect to imports of carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Germany.
