SUMMARY: This document announces the Agency's intention to terminate a number of pesticide producing establishment registrations 45 days following the date of publication of this document for failure to file annual pesticide producing reports as required by section 7 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). DATES: The list of domestic and foreign pesticide producing establishments appearing in this document will have their establishment registration terminated March 11, 2002. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT: Domestic pesticide producing establishments should contact the EPA Regional office having jurisdiction for the state where their parent company is located.
