SUMMARY: On December 28, 2001, the Department of Commerce published its preliminary determination of sales at not less than fair value of structural steel beams from Spain. The period of investigation is April 1, 2000, through March 31, 2001. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we have made changes in the margin calculations. Therefore, the final determination differs from the preliminary determination.
