SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background A final rule was published in the Federal Register on January 28, 2002 ( 67 FR 4100 ) (R&R rule) to revise certain provisions of the recordkeeping and reporting (R&R) requirements for groundfish fisheries in the Exclusive Economic Zone off Alaska. This rule makes minor corrections to that final rule and corrects errors caused by conflicts with the Steller Sea Lion Emergency Rule ( 67 FR 956 , January 8, 2002) (SSL Rule).
