Small Diameter Circular Seamless Carbon and Alloy Steel Standard, Line and Pressure Pipe From Italy; Final Results of Full Sunset Review of Countervailing Duty Order

Commerce Department, International Trade Administration

Abstract

On October 27, 2000, the Department of Commerce ("the Department") published in the Federal Register (65 FR 64426) the preliminary results of the full sunset review of the countervailing duty order on small diameter circular seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line and pressure pipe ("seamless pipe") from Italy, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended ("the Act"). We provided interested parties an opportunity to comment on our preliminary results and received comments from domestic and respondent interested parties. As a result of this review, the Department finds that revocation of the countervailing duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of a countervailable subsidy. The net countervailable subsidy and the nature of the subsidy are identified in the Final Results of Review section of this notice.
