Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement; Balance of Payments Program

Abstract

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to add policy pertaining to the Balance of Payments Program. The DFARS policy would replace Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) policy on this subject that has been proposed for elimination.
