Preliminary Determination: The Department of Commerce (the “Department”) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers or exporters of stainless steel bar from Italy. For information on the estimated countervailing duty rates, see infra section on “Suspension of Liquidation.” Case History The following events have occurred since the publication of the notice of initiation in the Federal Register .
