On September 7, 2000, the Department of Commerce ("Department") published the preliminary results of the administrative reviews of the antidumping duty order on certain cut-to- length carbon steel plate from Germany. These reviews cover one manufacturer/exporter. The periods of review ("PORs") are August 1, 1997 through July 31, 1998, and August 1, 1998 through July 31, 1999. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we have not made any changes in the margin calculations. Therefore, the final results do not differ from the preliminary results. The final adverse facts available margins for the reviewed firm are listed below in the section entitled "Final Results of the Reviews."
