Abstract

CSA International has petitioned the Department of Energy (Department) to classify its motor efficiency verification service program as a nationally recognized certification program in the United States for the purposes of section 345(c) of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act, as amended (EPCA). The Department solicits comments, data and information as to whether to grant CSA International's petition.
