SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: These minor changes are not within the purview of subsection (r) of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, which requires the submission of a new or altered systems report. In addition, several departmental systems of records are being deleted as they are either covered by another system of record or are no longer in use.
