(Canada Ltd.) filed an application pursuant to Section 3 of the Natural Gas Act (NGA) and Section 153 of the Commission's Regulations and Executive Order No. 10485 , as amended ( printed page 56573) by Executive Order No. 12038 , seeking authorization to transfer MPC's existing NGA Section 3 authorization and Presidential Permit to Canada Ltd., all as more fully set forth in the application which is on file with the commission and which is open to the public for inspection.
