SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Regulatory Information A notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) was published on 28 April 2000 proposing to revise Table 1 to 33 CFR 100.801 , the list of annual marine events that occur within the Eighth Coast Guard District. The Coast Guard received no comments on the proposed rulemaking. A public hearing was not requested and one was not held. Background and Purpose This rulemaking updates the existing list of anticipated annual marine events in the Eighth Coast Guard District.
