The merchandise consists of three styles of aluminum sports bottles with plastic caps. Item number A038BA00048 holds 14 ounces of liquid and measures approximately 7 inches in height and 2 ¾ inches in diameter. Item number A038BA00049 features a carabiner clip attached to the plastic cap. It holds 16 ounces and measures 7 ½ inches in height and 2 ? inches in diameter. The last style of sports bottle is item number A038BA00050. It holds 25 ounces and is 9 ¾ inches high and 2 ? inches in diameter. All of the sports bottles are decorated with four different smiley face designs. The applicable subheading for the aluminum sports bottles will be 7616.99.5090, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other articles of aluminum, other. The rate of duty will be 2.5 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
