Trump Trump International Marketing, Inc. 8803 W. 102nd Terrace, Unit 1 Overland Park, KS 66212 RE: The tariff classification of valve boxes from China, South Korea or India Dear Mr. Trump: In your letter dated May 2, 2005, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The merchandise consists of grey cast iron valve boxes. Valve boxes are ground-level ports used to access water-line valves located under streets and yards. The applicable subheading for the valve boxes will be 7325.10.0030, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for other cast articles of iron or steel, of non-malleable cast iron, valve and service boxes. The rate of duty will be free. You have asked whether this product is subject to antidumping duties or countervailing duties.
