The first article under consideration is described as a metal adjustment plate, part number 10171001520W54C. You state the adjustment plate is fastened on the side of the metal housing of a door handle/latch and functions to adjust the height of the handle on the frame. The door handle is generally used for any type of furniture/appliance that has a metal door opening, but it is mainly used for kitchen appliances/furniture. The adjustment plate is made of zamak, which is a base metal of zinc alloyed with aluminum, magnesium and copper. The remaining three articles under consideration are described as metal housings, part numbers 10170003720054C, 10174003710W54C and 10538C03710W54C. You state that each of these articles are housings for a door handle/latch that is generally used for any type of furniture/appliance that has a metal door opening. Each of the articles is made of zamak. The applicable subheading for the metal adjustment plate, part number 10171001520W54C; and the three metal housings, part numbers 10170003720054C, 10174003710W54C and 10538C03710W54C will be 8302.42.3065, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for which provides for Base metal mountings, fittings and similar articles suitable for furniture, doors, staircases, windows, blinds coachwork….Other, suitable for furniture; Of iron, steel, of aluminum or of zinc; Other.
