Your sample will be returned as requested. Style 00SWW3 0HANN M-LINY is a woman’s upper body garment constructed from both knit and woven components. The front panel is constructed of 100% cotton woven fabric. The sleeves and back panel are construced of 65% cotton and 35% nylon knit fabric. The pullover style garment features a boat-shaped neckline, ¾ length sleeves, and two waist pockets. The cotton woven fabric component imparts the essential character of the garment. The applicable subheading for style 00SWW3 0HANN M-LINY will be 6211.42.1056, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Track suits, ski-suits and swimwear; other garments: Other garemnts, women’s or girls’: Of cotton: Other: Blouses, shirts and shirt-blouses, sleeveless tank styles and similar upper body garments, excluded form heading 6206: Other. The rate of duty will be 8.1 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
