You submitted a photograph of item number 999412, called a fender cover. The cover is made of woven textile fabric composed of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. The edges of the fender cover are sewn around and do not have any elasticized pockets. The cover measures 60 inches in length by 36 inches in width. The fender cover is used to protect automobile fenders while cars are being worked on. The applicable subheading for the fender cover, item number 999412, will be 6307.90.9889, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other made up textile articles, other. The rate of duty will be 7% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
